Are your products genuine and factory sealed?
Yes. Every product is 100% genuine and factory sealed, sourced from established distributors. We never sell resealed or repacked products.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days with tracking. UK deliveries usually arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch, the EU 3–7 and the US and Canada 5–10.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. We ship to the EU, the United States and Canada, always tracked. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import VAT and duties.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For collector protection, products whose factory seal has been opened cannot be returned.
