Shipping Policy

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on all orders of €100 or more (the threshold is 100 in whichever currency you check out with: GBP, EUR or USD).
• Orders below that threshold ship for a flat €10 (10 in your checkout currency).

Processing times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During major set releases or holiday periods, processing can take up to 3 business days, and we'll let you know if that's the case.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom & European Union: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• United States & Canada: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Packaging

We're collectors too. Sealed products are shipped in rigid boxes with protective padding; graded slabs travel in protective sleeves and bubble wrap inside a box, never in a bare envelope.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the seller's customs area may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact us within 14 days and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right, with a replacement or a refund where applicable.
