1. About us

This store is operated by Collectratcg (CollectraTCG), 375 Caledonian Rd, London N1 1DY, United Kingdom. Contact: info@collectratcg.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell trading card game products: factory-sealed items and, where listed, professionally graded cards. Product images of sealed items are for identification; minor variations in packaging by the manufacturer can occur. For graded slabs, the exact item pictured is the item sold. All products are genuine; we do not sell proxies or reprints.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in GBP, EUR or USD depending on the currency you select, and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before payment: free on orders of 100 or more (in your checkout currency), otherwise a flat 10. Our Price Match Guarantee applies as described on its page. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we'll contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we dispatch the goods. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors or pricing errors.

6. Returns and refunds

EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with a statutory exception for products unsealed after delivery. Full details, including how damaged or incorrect deliveries are handled, are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Collectibles disclaimer

Trading card products are collectibles. We make no guarantees about the contents of sealed products (pull rates, specific cards) or about the future market value of any product. Nothing we sell is an investment product.

8. Intellectual property

Pokémon and One Piece names, logos and artwork are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. CollectraTCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by those companies; their marks are used only to identify genuine products offered for resale.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Collectratcg is established. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply to you, and consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts.
